Location
Posterior and inferior to the medial malleolus, in the depression medial to the attachment of tendo calcaneus.

Indications
Spitting of blood, asthma, stiffness and pain of the lower back, dysuria, constipation, pain in the heel, dementia.

Traditional Action
Strengthens the back, lifts the spirit.
