About Michelle Young

Michelle Young graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, and is a board-certified, licensed acupuncturist. Her style of needling is gentle but effective for a wide range of conditions including: chronic and acute pain, anxiety, depression, menstrual problems, infertility, insomnia, migraines, digestive problems, diabetes, arthritis, allergies and more. Michelle recommends herbal pills and tinctures to accelerate healing. She specializes in Chinese nutrition therapy, and teaches her patients how to use food as medicine to heal themselves. Michelle incorporates energy work into her acupuncture sessions in the form of Reiki. Her goal is to treat not just the physical symptom, but the mind and spirit as well.
