About Hon Lee
Hon K. Lee, L.Ac., Diplomate in Oriental Medicine, is a Virginia Medical Board Licensed, an NCCAOM nationally certified Acupuncturist, a Doctor of Medical Qigong. and Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM).
He graduated from the Maryland Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, had clinical training at the Shanghai College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China, completed post graduate studies in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the TAI Sophia Institute, studied Medical Qigong at the Internation College of Medical Qigong. and earned his DAOM from the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine.
Hon believes in a holistic approach to healing and preventative medicine, and treats the individual and not just the disease. He uses acupuncture, Chinese herbs, massage, nutrition, exercise, and qigong therapy to not only treat those who become ill, but also to keep his patients from getting sick in the first place.
