Dr. Durana is a body worker, body-mind expert, and clinical psychologist. His background includes Chinese herbology, meditation, medical and self-development Qigong, exercise, nutrition, and stress/life management. Dr. Durana emphasizes wellness and prevention. He works with a variety of physical, psycho-physical, and emotional concerns including pain, women's issues, sports medicine, depression, etc.

Dr. Durana was a co-founder of the Maryland and Virginia acupuncture societies, and he served for several years as a member of the Acupuncture Advisory Board to the Virginia Medical Board.
