9 cun below Dubi (ST 35), one finger breadth from the anterior crest of the tibia, in muscle tibialis anterior.

Indications
Lower abdominal pain, backache referring to the testis, mastitis, numbness and paralysis of the lower extremities.

Traditional Action
Regulates the function of Stomach and intestines, eliminates damp-heat, eliminates wind-damp, stops pain.
