Location
The point is on the medial aspect of the upper arm, 1 cun below Tianfu (Lu 3), on the radial side of the muscle biceps brachii.

Indications
Cough, fullness in the chest, pain in the medial aspect of the upper arm.

Traditional Action
Regulates Qi and blood, relieves pain.
