Location
Midway between Jianjing (GB 21) and Quyuan (SI 13) on the superior angle of the scapula.

Indications
Paiin in the shoulder and elbow, stiffness of the neck.

Traditional Action
Dispels wind and eliminates damp, frees the channels and quickens the connecting vessels, relieves pain.
