1 cun below the umbilicus, 0.5 cun lateral to Yinjaiao (Ren 7).

Indications
Irregular menstruation, abdominal pain, constipation.

Traditional Action
Nourishes the Kidney channel, regulates the Penetrating and Conception vessels, disinhibits the Lower Burner.
