Location
On the lateral side of forearm, 5 cun below the olecranon, between radius and ulna (or 7 to 9).

Indications
Deafness, toothache, migraine, sudden hoarseness of voice, pain in the forearm.

Traditional Action
Courses the channels and quickens the connecting vessels, frees and regulates the waterways, disinhibits the throat and opens the portals.
