Location
0.5 cun directly above the midpoint of the posterior hairline, in the depression below the spinous process of the first cervical vertebrae.

Indications
Mental disorders, epilepsy, deafness and mute, sudden hoarseness of voice, apoplexy, stiffness of the tongue and aphasia, occipital headache, neck rigidity.

Traditional Action
Clears the mind, stimulates speech.
