Bingfeng, Grasping Wind

Location
In the center of the suprascapular fossa, directly above Tianzong (SI 11). When the arm is lifted, the point is at the site of the depression.

Indications
Pain in the scapular region, numbness and aching of the upper extremeties, motor impairment of the shoulder and arm.

Traditional Action
Frees the channels and quickens the connecting vessels.
