Location
Below the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebrae, approximately at the level of the shoulders.

Indications
Neck pain and rigidity, malaria, febrile diseases, epilepsy, afternoon fever, cough, asthma, common cold, back stiffness.

Traditional Action
Clears heat, releases the exterier, expels wind, regulates Nutritive and Defensive Qi, clears the mind, tonifies the yang.
