Eight Winds

Location
On the dorsum of the foot, in the depressions on the webs between each of the toes, four on each foot.

Indications
Beriberi, toe pain, redness and swelling of the dorsum of the foot, headache, toothache, stomach ache, irregular menstruation, malaria, snake bite, peripheral neuritis.

Note: Three of these points are listed separately under the names LI 2, St 44 and GB 43

Traditional Action
Relax the sinews, expels wind-damp, invigorates blood.
