Bi-monthly password expiration and automated requests to update to a new password.
PHI can only be viewed through our secure platform, protecting your patients’information.
What features will I have access to on my Acufinder Health Contacts Portal?
The Acufinder Health Contacts Portal will only have appointment request forms and contact forms information available.
How can I access my account on the Acufinder Health Contacts Portal?
Your account will automatically be created for you. Once your account is created, you will receive an email with a temporary password to log in. Upon your first login, you will be prompted to change your password. If you cannot locate your email in your Inbox, please search your Spam Folder.

Will I continue to receive appointment request notifications via email?
Yes. Any time your profile page on Acufinder.com receives a request for an appointment, you will be notified directly via email. Please note, email notifications will no longer provide patient information in the email body itself. Alternatively, email notifications will now provide a link to your Acufinder Health Contacts Portal Dashboard and there you may review the new patient information.
Does the Acufinder Health Contacts Portal have all my past patient/appointment history?
No. To access your past patient form history, you will need to review your previous email notifications or contact your Account Manager.
