This course will introduce a profound method of diagnosis and treatment that allows the practitioner to receive direct and instantaneous feedback from the patient’s body in order to guide the treatment and assess results. Students will learn how to use pulse, channel, and point palpation to enter into a “therapeutic dialogue” with the patient that enables the practitioner to know exactly where to put the needle and gauge its immediate effect. This approach takes the guesswork out of diagnosis and point prescriptions by providing tools that can be used to guide and assess treatment in real-time.
By the end of the weekend, students will have all the tools they need to start putting this approach into practice in the clinic with real patients.
The weekend will include lots of hands-on practice as well as live demonstrations of this approach.
