Trauma-informed yoga and mind-body practices help to down-regulate the nervous system, increase self-awareness, and support healthy responses to feelings of overwhelm. This Trauma Resiliency training will provide mind-body tools and techniques that immediately support self-care, improved service delivery, job satisfaction, and job longevity. In this training you will learn to: Utilize your senses; Manage strong feelings & impulses; Develop good problem-solving & communication skills; Seek help & resources; Practice skills of support.
