Acupuncture Orthopedics with Master Teacher Mark Kastner, who has treated over 50,000 patients and studied with the greats: Ram Das, Dr. Bernard Jensen, & Dr. Cheng-Gu Ye, one of the world’s top acupuncturists, among others. Kastner has taught in PCOM’s post grad Doctoral program & has trained some of the world’s most sought after Acu instructors including Matt Callison. The hands on workshop focuses on treating common soft tissue injuries of major joints using simple needle techniques based on traditional philosophy of local, distal, and adjacent point selection. Specific needling, massage, and electro-stim protocols for efficient healing of tendinitis, sprains, strains, & connective tissue tears. Effective communication with MDs to get referrals.
