About Dr Cynthia McMahon King
Cynthia McMahon King, LAc, RPh, MAc, BS Pharm is a licensed acupuncturist, and a graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture in Watertown, MA. Her three-year Masters program included studies of both acupuncture and herbology.She received her Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and has been in practice since 1989.
Cynthia is certified by the board of examiners of the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncturists, licensed with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and is a member of the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and President emeritus of the Massachusetts Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Cynthia studied homeopathy through the New England School of Homeopathy in Amherst, Massachusetts as well as extended programs and seminars with distinguished homeopaths throughout the world. She is a certified practitioner of NAET, Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique.
Cynthia is also a registered pharmacist and holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston and is a member of the Greater Lowell Pharmaceutical Association.
Cynthia has 30 years of experience in her fields of expertise. She is a mother of 3 and is an avid skier and cyclist.
