About Lisa Fudge-Smith
Lisa Fudge Smith completed her four year training at Southwest Acupuncture College. She is a designated Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Colorado. She also has two Bachelor of Science degrees in psychology and communications and has eight years of experience working as a counselor. She has advanced clinical training in the treatment of addiction and trauma, mental health, NAET, sports medicine and women's health and is a NADA trained acudetox specialist.
Her practice also focuses on (but is not limited to): digestive issues, pain management, stress/anxiety reduction, insomnia, fatigue and weight loss. She has over eight years of experience working as a counselor at a Denver based hospital and uses her knowledge of both Eastern and Western medicine to provide comprehensive treatment that addresses the body, mind and spirit.
Her main philosophy in working with patients is to empower them to take charge of their health. She treats the cause of the disease and respects that everyone's challenges are equally important and deserve unique attention and respect.
