About Tatyana Shafiro
Tatyana Shafiro, M.S., L.Ac., educated at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York — one of the premier acupuncture and Chinese medicine programs in the country — and received a Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine. Tatyana is licensed as an acupuncturist in Illinois and is further qualified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in the practice of both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine; and holds certification from Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM).
In addition to her practice, Tatyana has a wide range of interests in the health sciences. Her current fields of interest include Acupuncture, Herbal Supplements, Bodywork, Tui Na, Reflexology, Moxibustion and Cupping. She treats patients with various conditions including, but not limited to: *Pain *Low Energy *Emotional Disharmony *Stress *Health & Fertility *Digestive Disorders *Anxiety *Depression *Migraines *Weight loss *Insomnia *Smoking *Facial Rejuvenation

History:
Born and raised in Russia, Tatyana comes to America with passion, hope and determination, but most of all a caring and healing touch. With 10-years experience, Tatyana restores patients’ health and well-being back to its original form. Oriental Medicine is individualized; no two people are treated exactly the same. In its simplicity, every imbalance is treatable and nothing is ever overlooked!
