About Gina Edness

I am passionate about healing and wellness. Acupuncture is a continuation of the healing I have practiced during my 20 years as a nurse. Combining Eastern and Western modalities is a magnificent way to get the healing benefits of all worlds.

I believe that the body, mind and spirit cannot be separated, and so if something happened to you when you were 5 years old that affected your spirit, and it was not processed, this will ultimately cause dis-ease or disease in your body. Disease is often the manifestation of stuck energy or qi (pronounced chee), and can show up on any level: body, mind or spirit.

I believe our symptoms are our teachers. Your body is extraordinarily wise. When you have back pain, and there is nothing structurally wrong, what is your body telling you? Often it is telling you to stop and rest. Waking up your observer is one of the keys to wellness.

I believe words are very powerful. Our speaking has a major impact, and can immediately shift a mood, feeling or thought, which then affects everyone you connect with throughout your day.

I believe that we rarely take time in our busy lives just for us, for our selves. And so, during our time together, my intention is to create a warm, open and safe place to allow all that you are, to be just exactly as you want to be, as the perfect being you already are.
