Acupuncture techniques include TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Japanese style, Tan, ah shi, ear, scalp, and 5 Element).
OMM (Osteopathic musculoskeletal manipulation) therapeutic bodywork is based on neurology and connective tissue anatomy. Multiple techniques employed include muscle energy, Still technique, Trager, percussion, and myofascial release. Slow, gentle movements help chronically tight muscles to reset their level of tension. This generates better blood flow, speeds healing, and increases flexibility. It's a thoughtful alternative to chiropractic without violent cracking or popping. Rather than just moving bones, OMM corrects problems long-term by addressing the muscles that actually pull bones out of place.
Other modalities used include Acupressure, Cupping and Moxabustion.
