About Sara Chetkin

Sara Chetkin, Lic. Ac. practices acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine integrated with Qi Gong therapy. She has a master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) as well as certification in Oriental medicine from the NCCAOM. Sara's education includes advanced herbal training with Sharon Weizenbaum at White Pine Healing Arts in Amherst, MA.

In addition to her graduate work at NESA, Sara is a student of Qi Gong master Robert Peng (www.robertpeng.com/robert_peng.html). Her training in Qi Gong therapy compliments and enhances her acupuncture practice. Through her training with Robert, Sara has developed an increased understanding and sensitivity to qi flow, and her treatments often bring patients into a state of deep relaxation and balance that is instrumental in creating lasting health.

"I had a session with Sara, and I really enjoyed it. I believe she is a natural healer."
-Qi Gong Master Robert Peng

Sara is a registered medium with Delphi University in McCaysville, Ga (www.delphiu.com), where she regularly attends classes for spiritual and intuitive development. Sara’s work at Delphi has broadened her understanding of the emotional-spiritual aspects of health and wellness, and patients’ experiences often reflect this deeper level of understanding.

“Sara is one of the most gifted healers. She has a unique ability to go right to the core issue with compassion and consideration. You need only look into her eyes to know she is a woman of great grace. Sara employs a wide range of techniques to be able to offer unsurpassed comprehensive care to those in need of her brilliant skills. Sara, I am forever grateful. Thank You!” -Marcia Hardiman

Sara also practices Ro-Hun therapy. Ro-Hun is an inter-personal therapy that utilizes an individual's inner strength to facilitate healing through the release of negative thought constructs and emotions that may restrict and/or limit an individual’s ability to create a joyful and productive life.
