About Susan Hu
Dr. Susan Hu gained her medical degree from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1992 after 6 years of training. She has worked extensively throughout the health care system of China, and has shared her expertise of internal Chinese medicine as a professor and attending doctor at the Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and teaching hospital—Dongzhimen hospital for 8 years before moving to Canada.
She has continually served the Toronto public in the health care field since 2000. She operated her acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine clinic, taught acupuncture classes and herbal medicine classes both in the Chinese and English speaking communities.
Her clinic was the official training site for the Michener Institute during 2001-2004 and was awarded a certificate of appreciation for outstanding contribution to the acupuncture program from the Michener Institute (2004).
Dr. Susan Hu continues to share her experiences in the McMaster Medical School Acupuncture Program. |
