About National University of Health Sciences Clinic
The Lombard Health Care Clinic is the largest of the NUHS health centers and offers many health care services. The clinic has four full-time faculty physicians delivering health care to thousands of area residents. Many patients are referred to this clinic by area doctors for further evaluation and diagnosis of their health conditions. The faculty physicians are specialists in many areas of practice and most are board certified in their specialty.
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.

* full radiology services including MRI through the National MRI Center
* laboratory services
* orthopedics
* neurological testing
* rehabilitation and physical therapy

* work physicals including Department of Transportation physicals

New patients are always welcome and appointments are scheduled within 24 hours of your first call, if it is not an emergency. Emergencies are seen the same day you call. Our courteous staff will help you fill out your paper work and file insurance claims to make your visit with us convenient.
The clinic staff will be happy to speak with you to discuss fees and payment options and arrangements. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express as forms of credit card payment. We gladly accept your personal checks as well.
