About Daniel Parrish
Daniel Parrish is a graduate from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute's class of 1996. He has been practicing Chinese medicine for over twelve years. He returned to TAI for a second degree in Chinese Herbology. Upon graduating from the herbal program, he was invited to join the faculty as a clinical supervisor for the student clinic.
In 2000 he moved his family and practice to Leesburg, VA. In 2007 he opened The Acupuncture and Healing Arts Center in the heart of historic Leesburg. The AHA center is a multi-disciplined holistic treatment facility. In addition to acupuncture and herbs, the center offers nutritional counseling, massage, cranio-sacral, reiki, speech therapy, counseling, and hypnotherapy. Acupuncture is a holistic form of medicine that treats the root as well as the symptoms. Acupuncture facilitates the body's ability to treat itself. This being said, acupuncture treats anything from depression, infertility, to migraines. While acupuncture is not a specialized form of medicine, Mr. Parrish is particularly adept to treating infertility, women's issues and Lyme disease.
