About Dr. Tony Willcox
Hi, my name is Dr. Tony Willcox, D.O.M.
I am the Official Acupuncturist for the Florida Panthers Hockey Team, NHL and a member of their Official Medical Team.
I received my Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine and Bachelors of Health Science from ATOM, Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
I am Nationally Board Certified in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine. I am one of the few acupuncturists in the state of Florida that is Board Certified in Chinese Herbal Medicine. I received the prestigious ATOM Award for Academic Excellence during my study and completed 4 years of the study of Mandarin Chinese Language and Writing to deepen my understanding of Chinese Medicine.

A typical first treatment would be 45 minutes to 1 hour and subsequent visits 30 - 45 min. I use painless acupuncture needles that are pre-sterilized and individually sealed, disposable, and for single use only. This is required by US & FDA law. I also teach meditation techniques to quiet and calm the mind, helping to rejuvenate the nervous system and decrease stress.
