About Meng Liu
Meng Liu, member of the California Acupuncture Medical Association and Oriental Medicine is licensed to practice acupuncture in the state of California.
She was born in China. After 5 years of professional study in Western and Chinese Medicine, she graduated from Bethune Medical University in China in 1982, and started to practice as a M.D. in Dallian, China. In 1993, she received her Masters degree of T.O.M. at the Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine at Santa Monica, California.
In addition to maintaining a practice, throughout the past 13 years she has worked at various clinics, working closely with a physical therapist, M.D. of rehabilitation and chiropractor. She has done extensive research in pain control with acupuncture. She has a special interest in the management of pain syndromes, and also stress-related disorders in women.
Meng Liu, L.Ac., works closely with you to determine the best way to meet your individual needs and gives you the benefits of her years of experience through a finely tuned and holistic balanced treatment plan.
