About Ahna Bridenbaugh

Licensed Acupuncturist
Diplomate of Acupuncture
Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine

Ahna graduated cum laude with a master’s degree from the Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, California in 1995 and has been in private practice in Sedona ever since. Drawing on her past experiences in exercise, nutrition, massage and meditation, she has been able to help people with a wide variety of conditions from simple to serious.

In addition to Acupuncture, she incorporates Chinese Herbal formulas, Tui-na Massage, Ear Acupuncture, Acupressure, and lifestyle counseling in exercise, diet, and meditation. She specializes in pain and stress management, sports injuries, allergies, asthma, colds and flue, facial rejuvenation, women’s health, sports injuries, depression, fibromyalgia and substance abuse detoxification.

One of her satisfied patients exclaimed, "I never thought I would enjoy seeing a doctor, but my monthly sessions with Ahna are so relaxing and rejuvenating! After years of suffering from dizzy spells, they have never come back and I feel better than ever", G.K. Sedona, AZ

She is licensed by the State of Arizona and is nationally certified by NCCAOM (the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). She serves as a board member for the Arizona Acupuncture Society (ASA). In addition, she teaches ongoing Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes.
