About Maria Antonopoulos
Maria Antonopoulos is a graduate of the New York College of Health Professions where she earned a Master of Science Degree in Oriental Medicine. She is a licensed New York State Acupuncturist and a Diplomat of Acupuncture (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine).
Maria has helped many people get back on the path of healing and well-being using acupuncture, various relaxation techniques, essential oils and Chinese Herbal Medicine. While acupuncture can help a myriad of conditions, Maria has had great success with helping migraine sufferers.
Maria believes that a great number of our physical symptoms start with stress that has become difficult to deal with and in her practice she has a particular focus on helping working parents get relief from the physical symptoms and fatigue that come from juggling a stressful life.
In addition, in order to accommodate the working individual, Maria schedules appointments as early as 7AM on certain days and as late as 7PM on others. She has offices located in Carle Place and Old Bethpage.
Maria invites everyone to come in for a free 20 minute stress relieving session to get used to the needles and to get a feel for the relaxing benefits that acupuncture can provide. |
