About Michelle Alley
Michelle offers more than 17 years of clinical experience combining techniques of acupuncture, herbal medicine, homeopathy, and massage therapy, with a devotion to assist individuals on their journey to health!
After a lengthy career in clinical massage therapy, Michelle continued her education in Oriental Medicine receiving a Diploma of Acupuncture from the Florida School of Acupuncture in 1996.
Michelle is a Board Certified Acupuncturist through the National Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (Dipl. Ac., NCCAOM - 1996). When a Master's level program including Chinese Herbal medicine was available, Michelle completed extensive coursework in Chinese Herbal Medicine to achieve the degree Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine in 2003.
In addition to more than 17 years of experience in clinical therapy for pain relief, Michelle offers vast experience with natural therapies such as herbal prescriptions, homeopathic remedies, nutritional supplementation and lifestyle counseling to assist patients in restoring a healthy balance.
Michelle has also traveled to Tokyo, Japan to experience intensive training with 40 senior practitioners of Toyo Hari, a highly refined form of 5-element acupuncture emerging from Japan which focuses on treating the root and branch of imbalances in the body. Michelle completed the program certified by the Japanese Toyo Hari Medical Association, Tokyo, Japan.

Michelle Alley's holistic practice incorporates non-invasive electro-dermal screening, called Meridian Stress Assessment with Biomeridian. This method evaluates the level of resistance in the body, which pinpoints the most stressed systems that require cleansing/detox, nutritional support, or natural medicine. Michelle is an Advanced Practitioner of Biomeridian MSAS.
