About Carla Edwards
Carla Edwards, M.S., Ph.D., L.Ac., Dipl.O.M. is the founder of the Essence-Healing, LLC center in Evanston. The center is dedicated to the integrative practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) including acupuncture and herbal medicine, NAET, Homeopathy, Reiki, and other holistic healing approaches. Using this method of integrated holistic health care, we can treat the whole being by attending to its structural, emotional,energetic and chemical integrity.
At Essence-Healing, LLC, we believe in the whole person approach to health and wellness. A person is more than their individual parts. Identifying the origins and the dynamics of an imbalance among these parts and the consequences of this imbalance is the first step in restoring a state of well-being at the root level. We specialize in treating infertility, allergies, a variety of physical pains, and physical manifestations due to stress from anxiety, depression, insomnia, grief and a host of other imbalances.
