About Lisa Lu Han
Founder of the Jersey Rehabilitation Medical Clinic in September 2003, Dr. Lisa Lu Han pursued a dream of creating the most effective treatment center for the management of pain and disability. Dr. Han appreciates the immeasurable value of physical well being in all facets of life and she also recognizes the importance of physical health for psychological well being throughout life.
Dr. Lisa Lu Han attended medical school at Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She practiced acupuncture in U.S. since 1990. She then completed her residency-training program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Cornell Weil Medical Center. She also received B.S. of physical therapy and practiced in New York and New Jersey as a physical therapist. Sharing in the desire to provide the highest quality of care, she is pursuing additional sub specialization in EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies and the treatment of spasticity via medications or Botox injections rounds up her commitment to academic excellence.
As an avid self-healing promoter, Dr. Han has an interest in treating exercise-induced injuries. Coming from a musical and artistic family, herself a dancer and singer who occasionally still makes it to the stage, she also enjoys treating dancers, gymnasts, and performing artists…or anybody who thinks they are one.
