I am a Maryland State licensed acupuncturist. I am also board certified in acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
I practice acupuncture according to Traditional Chinese Medicine and am experienced using Chinese Patent Herbs.
My practice focuses on the treatment of a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, acute and chronic pain, digestive disorders, and stress. I am particularly interested in women’s issues, especially infertility.
I am motivated and committed to using all my skills to enhance the overall mental, physical, and spiritual well being of my patients.
My goal is to offer you safe, effective, and gentle acupuncture services. This includes a very comprehensive and complete medical history, testing for weaknesses in your system, performing acupuncture and prescribing Chinese herbs or other supplements as needed.
My experiences and lessons have really defined my type of practice as an Acupuncturist and I feel that one of the purposes of acupuncture is to balance the subtle energies of the body, mind, and spirit so that the body may heal itself. I support an approach to achieving balance and harmony through effective communication, physical therapies, and spiritual evolution. My treatments incorporate all of these ideas. |
