About Minchen (Vince) Wang

I am providing my client with an unique combination of expertise- a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner with deep rooted scientific, biomedical knowledge.

I have a M.S. degree in Clinical chemistry from Cleveland State University and a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from Michigan State Univ. East Lansing. I spent more than 10 years developing life saving clinical instruments and devices with one U.S. patent under my name. Such rich background enables me a deeper understanding of our body and makes me a more effective healer.

I am licensed in California. I got my school training of acupuncture and herbal medicine with M.S. degree from American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the best TCM Schools in the U.S. With Chinese as a first language I benefit greatly for my practice from vast amount of resources not available in English language. I am currently a faculty member in Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego.

Our health relies on a well tuned and balanced body and mind. Body itself has enormous power to heal. The supreme goal of medicine is to enable such healing process It is both a science and an art. Each individual is unique and the health problem is also quite individualized. Each therapy should be tailored to each individual, physically and mentally. I strive to provide such environment.

Our health care system has changed greatly in recent years. Each individual are now totally responsible for seeking the right care and right professionals for his or her own problem. It is an enormous hard work. People often have difficulty of getting and understanding the necessary information to make right choices for their problem.

Way too often, people stopped seeking medical help because the lack of progress from their medical care, often the result of wrong choice of doctors for their medical problem. Often, they started getting much improvement after acupuncture and herbal treatment. Way beyond their expectation.

I encourage people to call, make an appointment and come to the office for consultation. The service is provided for free. Better yet, try a few sessions and experience the difference. You owe it to your body to take a good care.
