About Diane Kent
Ms. Diane Kent, the therapist at Bee Caves Med Spa, brings a range of skills and experience in an integrated approach to healing and the promotion of health, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Acupuncture, Herbology, Massage, Nutrition, and Yoga.
In her years of practice, Ms. Kent has found that TCM and Acupuncture are often effective when conventional western medicine has failed, or would benefit from complimentary augmentation.
Some of Ms. Kent’s qualifications include:
- Licensed Acupuncturist ("L.Ac."), practising Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture for over 12 years.
- Master of Science in Oriental Medicine ("MSOM").
- Licensed Massage Therapist ("LMT"), practising for over 22 years.
- Certified Yoga instructor.
Traditional Chinese Medicine, TCM, is a comprehensive system of medicine, over 2500 years old, which includes therapies such as nutrition, herbs, meditation, remedial exercise and acupuncture. It is increasingly accepted as a legitimate and powerful medical system whose results have withstood significant scientific scrutiny.
