About Gerard Browne
Gerard Browne was born and raised in New Zealand. He graduated (cum Laude) from Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA in May 1999 with a Master's Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine. This four year program consisted of 3,500 hours of education including 800 hours of clinical practice. He was certified as a Diplomate of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in 1999. After graduation, Gerard moved to Woodbury, MN. where he has since been in practice. Silver Fern now accepts Minnesota Health Partners Insurance and Blue Cross/Blue Shield
Gerard's training also includes adjunctive therapies such as deep tissue and relaxation massage therapy, moxibustion, cupping, tui na, acupressure, auriculotherapy, injury and rehabilitation including chronic pain management, and dietary/lifestyle recommendations. |
