Sung Choi, L.Ac., Dipl.O.M., MSOM, is clear in his philosophy on health: “Enhancing the mind/body connection is an essential part of the Eastern Philosophy of healing. While western medicine focuses on relieving symptoms, Traditional Chinese Medicine is concerned with guiding the patient through the process themselves and energizing the body’s own natural recovery systems. We begin with a two-step process of restoring your body’s normal functions (called balancing a patient’s chi) and guiding you through various meditation techniques to enhance the healing process. Our job as health care providers in Eastern Medicine is to give our patients the guidance and tools to recover naturally.”
Sung treats various conditions that are activated by emotional and spiritual disharmony and manifest in insomnia, depression, migraine, anxiety, PTSD, menopause, physical pain, infertility, and others.
