About Kai Chen
Dr. Kai Chen is a graduate from Beijing university of TCM and China Academy of Chinese Medicine Science (Beijing, China), Kai Chen achieved the degrees of bachelor of medicine (MD, China) and master and Ph.D. in Chinese Medicine. He has more than 20 years clinic experience. He worked in Xi Yuan Hospital affiliated with China Academy of Chinese Medicine Science for 13 years with a position of associate professor in internal medicine. Since 1995, he has been a member of the editorial board of the Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine (English). He published more than 20 academic papers and books in China. Since 1997, he has been practicing TCM in Canada. Currently he is a Dr. of TCM and registered acupuncturist in B.C. Canada. He also is a TCM educator, and now he is a teacher at Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Victoria, BC, Canada.
